Middletown, Delaware (August 12, 2017) – A motorcycle and a vehicle collided in New Castle County accident injuring of one man on Friday, according to New Castle Paramedics and local fire crews.

The accident occurred at about 7:20 p.m. August 11, on North DuPont Parkway also known as US 13, in the area of Spring Creek Drive.

One person was taken to a hospital with injuries.

Limited details on the cause of the accident and condition of the victim were available.

The identity of the victim had not been released.

Route 13 northbound south of Spring Creek Drive was currently closed, and commuters are expected to find another route of travel.
